We only collect the first part of your postcode (i.e DE55) when you submit a delivery request.
When sending us an enquiry we do not use your personal details in any other way than to reply to your enquiry.
Cookies
A cookie is small text file stored on your own computer.
When you want to enquiry about a product, if its the first time you have enquired, no cookie will be present on your computer. You will be asked to enter your postcode which will then create a cookie containing the entered postcode.
Our Enquiry List then accesses that cookie and checks your postcode against our database to determine if we can offer you delivery. If our delivery service is available to your postcode area our Enquiry List will be enabled. Our Enquiry List stores products into a cookie and includes this data when you send us an enquiry via email.
