About the collection
The Harrison Spinks True Edge Shallow Base is expertly designed to enhance both the comfort and performance of your mattress. Its True Edge system, featuring 1,000 springs, provides superior comfort, improved edge support and increased mattress durability.
The Shallow Base includes a North–South split on all sizes and is finished with a 9cm leg — ideal for hard flooring — available in either Grey or Natural Beech. Raising the base from the floor creates a contemporary hybrid “divan-stead” appearance. Each base can be paired with any Harrison Spinks headboard and upholstered in your choice of fabric, allowing you to create a look that perfectly complements your bedroom.
All Harrison Spinks mattresses can be partnered with this divan base. Each base is manufactured using timber from FSC-accredited forests, including wood sourced from their own managed forest in North Yorkshire — combining sustainability with exceptional craftsmanship.
This base is also available as a Padded Top, providing a firm, even and stable foundation for your mattress, or can be upgraded to 3,500 springs for a deeper, more cushioned feel.
