A genuine like-for-like deal
To keep the promise fair, the competing offer needs to be directly comparable and verifiable.
- The product is identical in brand, model, size and specification.
- The competitor's price is current, publicly available and can be verified through an official source.
- The comparison includes VAT.
- Where relevant, we compare equivalent delivery, room-of-choice, assembly and packaging-removal services.
- The item is not a one-day sale, clearance item or short-term promotional deal.
- The competitor is an established retailer and the product is genuinely available to purchase.
Look beyond the ticket price

What should I send you?
The competitor's name, the exact product, the price you have found and preferably a link, screenshot or quotation that lets us verify the offer.
Does delivery count when comparing prices?
Yes. Where delivery or services are part of either offer, we compare the complete like-for-like cost rather than only the product's headline price.
Can you match sale or clearance prices?
One-day sales, clearance products and short-term promotional offers are normally excluded because they are not equivalent to our standard selling price.
Will every request be matched?
We will always review a genuine request and do our best to make the deal work. We may decline a match where the offer is not truly comparable, cannot be verified or would make the sale commercially unviable.
