Returns Policy

If you change your mind, please contact us within 7 days and return any product in its original condition, with proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it. If you require us to collect the product we reserve the right to charge the value of the initial delivery fee to cover collection costs.

By original condition we mean: The product can be resold at full price, is unused, in its original condition.

We are unable to refund or exchange products which are special orders, or made to your measurements specifically for you unless faulty, not as described, fit for purpose or of poor quality. To process a refund as efficiently as possible please have your receipt. We will refund as soon as possible to the original payment card within 30 days.

Unless faulty, not as described, fit for purpose or of poor quality, the following products will not be eligible for exchange or refund;

• Clearance items.
• Products which have been delivered over 7 days ago.
• Products you did not inspect at time of delivery, you now considered damaged.
• Products which are made specifically for you, to your specific measurements.
• Products that have been part-assembled, assembled, installed or altered in any way.
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: Mattresses, Mattress Toppers, Pillows and Mattress protectors.

Any damages must be advised immediately and no later than 7 days after delivery. We cannot accept liability for damages which are brought to our attention after this period.
