Our home delivery service is perfect for medium and large furniture items, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery experience. Your order is meticulously inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, guaranteeing its pristine condition for delivery.
On your chosen delivery day our team will safely deliver to your room of choice and complete any required assembley, taking care of all packaging removal leaving you with a hassle-free experience. Please note delivery may not be possible in remote areas of mainland UK and Ireland.

Frequently asked questions

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order lead-time will vary depending on the type of product your order, whether it's in stock or Made-to-Order. On each product page we provide an indication of how long a particular product takes to be delivered. We work closely with suppliers to keep this information as up to date as possible but they are only ever a guideline and can sometimes change of a daily basis. Where you have ordered furniture with different lead-time, we will aim to deliver your order in one delivery, this allows us to maintain a low single delivery change and reduce carbon emissions.
What happens before delivery of my furniture?
Once your order arrives at our warehouse it will pass through our quality inspection, this includes checking for possible transit damage, manufacturing defects or missing components, basically anything that would prevent your order being dispatched. Our aim is to eliminate as many potential issues before delivery so you can enjoy your furniture straight away. Once your order is cleared for dispatch our delivery team will call you to arrange a suitable delivery date and take any outstanding balance on your order.
My order has arrived but im not quite ready to take delivery?
We understand it's not always easy to plan ahead, the best laid plans are often thrown in the air. At the time of ordering, we'll give you an approximate delivery lead-time, if your order arrives and you're not quite ready we'll hold your order for up to 4 weeks past our initial quoted lead-time, we just ask any outstanding balance is paid.
What happens on the day of my delivery?
On the day of delivery, we can contact you up to one hour prior to arrive, our delivery vehicle is GPS tracked so we can always tell you where they are in relation to you. On arrival, the delivery team will take your furniture in the room of your choice. Furniture that requires assembly will be assembled and any remaining packaging will be removed and taken away for recycling.
Do you delivery outside the UK?
Unfortunately not, We are only able to offer delivery within the United Kingdom. Please note delivery may not be possible in remote areas of mainland UK and Ireland.
