HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When making a purchase we want you to feel as secure as possible, therefore we offer a few different ways to place an order:
Order online! - When placing an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You will always be shown the price you pay with no hidden extras. You can make changes and review what you have entered every step of the way. All orders are processed through a secure server offering the highest protection available, and we are part of the Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode scheme for that added security. Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Order instore! - We are situated in Somercotes, Derbyshire where we have a large selection of ranges on display spread throughout the store.
If your planning to make a special journey, please call us to avoid disappointment as we are sometimes unable to display complete collections.
Order by phone! - Our sales team are ready to help you order over the phone.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Credit/Debit Cards - We currently accept American Express, MasterCard/EuroCard, Visa/Electron and Maestro.
Cheque - If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact our sales team for more information. (5 days clearance needed)
Cash - We can only accept cash for instore orders.
Postal Order - We can accept postal orders. (Note: PostOffice maximum amount is £250.00 per postal order)
BACS - Under special circumstances we can accept Bank Transfer payments, please contact our sales team for more information.
Pay by Finance - We now offer a range of finance repayment options to help you spread the cost into monthly amounts.
WHEN DO I PAY AND HOW MUCH?
We ask for a 20% (minimum £50) deposit when the order is placed. At the checkout stage you will be given an option of how much deposit you would like to pay: 20%, the full amount or any amount between 20% and the full total.When your order is ready for dispatch the remaining balance will be due. Please note all order must be paid in full before delivery. For the safety of our delivery drivers, they cannot accept any payments on delivery.
All card information is passed over a secure connection using the latest encryption technology. When you go to the 'Checkout' page, you will see that the page starts with 'https' (meaning secure SSL connection) and there is a padlock at the bottom of your browser window indicating this. Your details are only decrypted after they reach our fulfillment department. Our systems are extremely secure and so your credit card details are safe. If you still aren't happy with buying online, you can always call us on 01773 602730 and place your order over the phone.
Online orders - After your order has been completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during the checkout process. The subject line will say "Your Mayfield Furniture Order - (order number)" and will contain your order number. A copy will also be saved into your online account area. Please carefully read through the email to ensure all details you provided are correct including any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.
Instore/Telephone orders - All orders placed either instore or over the phone, you will receive your paper order in hand or by post respectively. Please keep this safe, It will have your order number at the top, When contacting us regarding anything, to help our staff locate your order more easily, please quote this order number.
By joining our mailing list, you will become eligible for any discounts or promotions we may offer periodically on select items. Should you receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout in order to apply the discount that is being offered. DO YOU DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Unfortunately we can only supply goods to UK mainland addresses - England, Scotland and Wales.
We try to offer our customers the best service and a fair price. Delivery charges are fixed per order, not per item. We calculate them based on the delivery location relative to us. We currently offer Free Delivery within ~35miles of the store, Whenever we change a delivery fee, its only ever a contribution towards the days actual transport cost. As we offer a number of different services with some being limited to specific areas, we have created a delivery checker, simply follow the link below and enter your delivery postcode, We'll instantly check your postcode and display the available delivery services (with costs) to your location. Alternatively you can add everything into your basket and we'll tell you which services are available based on your order.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We supply numerous ranges from dozens of different suppliers, some are delivered from stock, others are on a made to order basis.

DO YOU ASSEMBLE ON DELIVERY?
Yes we do, and its free if you select our Premier Home Delivery service. Even if you're outside our current assembly area, depending on the order size, we may still be able to offer our assembly service at a nominal charge. If you would like to find out more information please contact us.
